Love is the only reality and it is not a mere sentiment. It is the ultimate truth that lies at the heart of creation.
Being authentic is the only pathway to the deepest form of freedom. It means opening to Spirit, mustering courage to move through the challenging process of our life’s conditioning. We may encounter surprises and ultimately experience astounding revelations when we uphold our vision to live authentically. Returning to my authentic self, I find freedom.

Slowly now the evening changes his garments
held for him by a rim of ancient trees;
you gaze:and the landscape divides and leaves you ,
one sinking and one rising toward the sky
And you are left, to none belonging wholly,
not so dark as a silent house, nor quite
so surely pledged unto eternity
as that which grows to star and climbs the night
To you is left (unspeakably confused)
your life, gigantic, ripening, full of fears,
so that it now hemmed in now grasping all,
is changed in you by turns to stone and stars.
This blog will be about pushing the boundaries of human thought and knowledge. It will be about imagination beyond our wildest dream . It will be about hitching yourself to a star and wandering the univesre of your mind. It will be about questioning everything that is safe and arcane
This blog will be about sadness, happiness, winning, losing, failing succeeding , tears of sorrow, grief and happiness. It will attract the gentle soul for they will find refuge and friends in a group of people who dare ask why, who sees a flower so beautiful it is worth crying about
For wanderers, dreamers, and lovers, for lonely men and women who dare to ask of life everything good and beautiful. It is for those who are too gentle to live among wolves.”
― James Kavanaugh, There Are Men Too Gentle to Live Among Wolves
For the past 1 1/2 weeks I have been struggling with the ending of my 34 year old marriage. It was not of my choosing but at some point, one has to make the decision not to resist what is inevitable and get on with their lives. This new poem, written for a friend, begins that journey . The story of that struggle appeasr on the pages of Facebook.
